Chicken Bone Broth (approximately 8 cups)
Chicken, cooked & chopped (1-2 cups)
Onions, diced (1/2 – 1 cup)
Carrots, sliced & diced (1 cup)
Celery, chopped (1 cup)
Garlic Cloves, chopped (2 – 5 depending on size, as little or as much as you like)
Cabbage, sliced & diced (2 cups)
Ginger Root, grated (1 tbsp)
Pasta Sauce or chopped tomatoes (1/4 – 1/2 cup)
Herbs & Spices of choice — (1/2 – 1 tbsp of each)
I used Turmeric Tea &
Sea Salt, & Black Pepper to taste
In large pot, add coconut oil or olive oil, & sauté vegetables for several minutes until fragrant & slightly softened.
Add chicken, seasonings, pasta sauce, & broth; cover & simmer over med-low heat for approximately 30 – 45 minutes.
*Halfway through cooking time, taste & adjust seasonings.
