This morning this simple – yet evocative pasta – appeared in my facebook memories and I knew I had to share it. It’s quick and easy to prepare from staples that I keep on hand each week!
I just planted some basil seeds so hopefully soon I will be able to feast on this using my own freshly grown herbs.
While pasta is cooking, sautee in your favourite organic oil & butter:
- grape tomatoes
- Add fresh basil,
- cajun seasoning,
- red pepper & garlic seasoning,
- your favourite cream,
- parmesan cheese.
- Add pasta. Stir together.
- Season with sea salt & fresh ground black pepper.
