DIETARY ESSENTIAL OILS

Lemon adds a bright, dynamic flavour to many dishes. It’s versatility in sweet and savory recipes is what makes it popular in kitchens around the world.

Give your favourite recipes a citrusy kick with Lemon+ essential oil.

A delightful surprise in baked treats such as muffins and loaves, Lemon+ will liven any recipe. Use this invigorating essential oil to add flavour to savoury foods, such as fish and chicken, or sweet foods, like pastries and cakes.

Its unique lemon taste is also ideal as a refreshing beverage infusion.

Instead of zesting or juicing, use Lemon+ essential oil for a convenient way to inject exciting flavour into your recipes.

Start small with a single drop of oil and experiment. Create your own lemon creations to share with family and friends.

Product Tips:

  • Add to a cup of warm water or tea to jumpstart your day.
  • Fill your water bottle and infuse it with a refreshing twist.
  • Blend a drop of Lemon+ in Gary’s True Grit™ Einkorn Pancake & Waffle Mix batter and top your waffles or pancakes with fresh fruit for a healthy, tasty breakfast.
  • Add 1 drop in plain or vanilla yogourt. Top with fresh berries.
  • Combine with savoury foods such as chicken, fish, shrimp, and vegetables and with sides such as noodles, rice, or pasta salad.
  • Make a simple Lemon/Basil Vinaigrette by adding the following to a blender or food processor: 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp. sugar, fresh chopped garlic, ½ cup olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, 3 drops of Lemon+ essential oil, 3 drops of Basil Plus oil. Once mixed, toss a salad in it and serve. This is excellent on Caprese Salad.

YL tip: Oil and water don’t mix. Use something to help disperse the oil, like pureed fruit, or stir well before drinking.
