New brew started….

Kombucha

It’s been a while since I’ve brewed some ‘booch’, so today I decided to clean out my scoby storage bin, & start fresh!

The weather hasn’t been as warm, so I’m thinking this batch may take a week or so to develop the degree of tartness that I prefer.

I have some wild blueberries for flavouring my F2 (aka second ferment), so I’m excited to get this done!
