🍅 Slow-roasted canned tomatoes -- my new favourite indulgence. These took 7 (very easy) hrs to process, from start to finish, but it was worth it. 1) Wash & roast your tomatoes for several hours until they begin to thicken. 2) Place into clean, sterilized jars. 3) Process in a hot water bath for the recommended amount of time for your location's elevation. Leave it up to The Universe to figure out how -- just imagine, daydream, envision yourself living that dream.....& focus only on that, with a positive vibe. It took a while to get here, but I'm on the path that I always envisioned for myself, beginning decades ago -- I just didn't know how to stay focused on the positives, & fill my heart with gratitude. ✨ Once I learned about the gratitude-attitude, & spent time researching how to manifest my hopes & dreams, everything changed. I stopped seeing doom & gloom. I no longer relived my past traumas. And if those memories creep in, as they sometimes do, I now know how to shift my thoughts into things I'm grateful for -- sight & all my senses, my wonderfully loving spouse, my pets, my memories of times spent with my boys, a roof over my head, food in my fridge, etc etc.... Be patient. Be forgiving. Be kind. Ask. Believe.
